This year NMPCA returns to our popular New Mexico Connections format with short presentations by several presenters. Six master potters lead short programs, each on a different technique. This popular workshop format brings together artists interested and expert in many different techniques and methods and results in a very lively exchange. All participants learn from the presenters and from each other in the process of having great fun.
Presenters for this workshop include
Leonard Baca presenting Sprayed Glazes and Engobes
Gloria Gilmore-House with Refining Thrown Forms
Cheryl Hoagland: Freehand Faceting
Andrea Pichaida presenting Hand Building of Breathing Nests
Sara D'Alessandro presenting Dynamics of Working Small and Large
Penny Truitt presenting Exploring the Surface
