If you work with clay you’ve been there. Next months Clay connection is inspired by experiences as well as an article by Casey Lesser titled “Why Ceramic Artists Are So Good At Dealing With Failure”
There is the potential for everything to go wrong in the process of working with clay. Glazing disasters, cracked pots to dramatic kiln explosions. Even if all goes well mishaps happen with finished pieces.
How do you cope with failure and use it to grow as an artist?

Participation will be limited to 25 people.
To join the meeting, you need a computer with a camera, speaker and microphone. Or, you can join with a smart phone or tablet. You will need to download the Zoom app to your device prior to joining the meeting if you have never zoomed before. We will send you the link to download and start the meeting when you register. It is also possible to join via telephone if you don't have a camera and microphone. Most of you have probably been doing zoom sessions for several months and know how they work.
